Our Vision

The Mission of Wallington United Reformed Church is: i) To proclaim the Kingdom of God and the Good News of Jesus Christ to the people of Wallington and the surrounding area, through worship, prayer, community service, and the example of Christian living; ii) To provide support and healing for all who require it, both within the congregation and in the wider world, to the best of our ability and trusting in the grace and love of God; iii) To uphold the reformed traditions of the URC, whilst working with the wider church for greater unity of purpose, in the celebration of our diverse heritage. Our Vision: We believe Christianity to be a joyous and glorious thing. We believe that Wallington United Reformed Church is called to be a welcoming and lively worshipping community, open to all. We seek to develop our ministry and our vocations in the wider world, and we affirm that healing and wholeness will continue to have a special place in our church's life. We must be aware of changing trends in our society, especially patterns of leisure and work. We will continue to work with others who have gifts to offer.
